Go do it, go run ask a trainer or a friend to make it fun and keeps you going. Music is a good way to keep you running. Go to the gym. To oder to be faster you got to want it badly. You have to switch exercises, because your legs get used to the work out. Like run on the treadmill, step master, or a bike. Also lift weights for the legs. Remember to drink when you work out and eat after your work out as soon as possible. Stretch before and after your work out to not pull anything. And eat right.<br><br>.

Run more. Be active. Wall climb or walk fast around the mall, use stairs up and down not the elevator.
