1. Eat slowly. Chew your food thoroughly, this is good for your digestion too.

2. Don't go to buffer meal menu ( all you can eat type). You definitely want to eat more at that place since you have paid for it.

3. Eat the vegie before the main course. You will eat less main course (meat, steak) etc after you have eaten some vegie.

4. Drink more plain water during the day. If you are dehydrated, you feel more hungry too

5. Use smaller plate. Research showed that simply switching from a 12.5" plate to a 10.5" plate will make you unconsciously serve 20 percent less food.
